This pen is made from a poly resin - Ocean's Sun
It's 130mm open, 150mm capped, and does not post.
Section is a pinched 11-13mm thick, with 9/16" threads for cap to barrel.

Thanks!

And threads are easy - you just need the right parts.

a round die, a die holder, a drill chuck to hold the die holder, and a pen part ready to be threaded.

sorry to
I have a variable speed Jet lathe. I assume it has to be low speed? Die parts?
Sorry to ask, but I have needed to start this some time ago. Now that I am starting a fountain pen center at the gallery, I need to make these pens on a serious level.

Don't know if this will help, but check this out:
Newton Pens

also - when threading, it's all done with hand power. Lathe off.
Depending on the die holder you have, you either move only the pen attached to the headstock, or the die holder on the tail stock.
