This is supposed to be Coral Red ebonite, but it looks more like Unexciting Tan. I added a Catalin finial to dress it up a little. Don't know if I should put one on the end of the barrel to balance it, or just leave it as is. It's slender (uses a small Heritance nib), and fits a lady's hand better than a man's, so I may leave off a clip.

Suggestions?

I also like it. I think the color is understated, which let's the quality of the insturment shine through without getting lost in the razzle dazzle of the material. I wouldn't change a thing.
