Kit is ti-gold Jr Gent II from exotic blanks. Barrel is polymer clay inspired by somebody else here on IAP who posted a similar pen. Took me 3-4 tries to get it looking like I wanted. Mixed 3 colors of Sculpies from Michaels to match a football I have at the house. The texture is a tip from an cake decorating set my wife has (everybody be cool and don't tell her I used it). Probably the hardest part was getting the shape right. I put the PC on the tube with the bearings on the end, then just kept rolling it with a J roller on a piece of wax paper until I like the shape.

Cap is segmented acrylic obviously. I think I found all the colors at my local Woodcraft.

The arrowhead logo was the hardest part of the whole thing. I printed the image twice on water transfer sticker paper and put one of them on the cap. Then I put a coat of CA over that to make it stick. While I still had it on the mandrel I used a dremel to engrave the arrowhead using the sticker as the guide. Then I just peeled off the sticker, filled the engraving with several thin layers of white acrylic paint, sanded it down, and put the second sticker over it.

The "CHIEFS" on the other side was actually printed yellow on my sticker, but it is totally washed out by the red of the blank. I don't think I have a steady enough hand to do that with a dremel and I'm too cheap to take it to a laser engraver.

Finish on the barrel is two coats of brush on CA, sanded gently with 800 grit because I didn't want it to be super shiny. Maybe 10 coats of med CA on the cap to protect the stickers. Polished with MM and Maguire's PlastX.

Nice job on that pen. A lot of work but the result was worth it.
