Some of you know that I work at Harbor Freight Tools, Last week we recieved a shipment of Collinite's No.845 Insulator wax, It says its for use on high voltage power lines to prevent flash over and can be used on cars, boats and air craft to create an almost industructible
protective coating. I dabed a little on the pen I had with me and it smells a little like Ren wax, I polished it with a soft cloth and then buffed it out when I got home. I gave it a second coat and here is the results. Our price is $12.99 for 16 oz..
Im going to try it as an alrernitive to ren wax..so far so good
Finish is CA/BLO and 2 coats of insulator wax
Let me know your thoughts on this of if anyone has ever tried this before
Thanks for looking
