I made this stylus because I didn't like the other 4 I bought. My proof of concept stylus was made from a tool box pencil kit and it was too heavy. This one is light and works great. I designed it after my Mont Blanc rollerball. The nib is an eraser covered with conductive fabric so it doesn't have the squishy feel of the rubber nibs. The nib portion is aluminum and the body is curly Koa. My next one will have a cap and a clip.

Thanks for the compliments.

Conductive fabric is used for EMI shielding, clothing, and some medical applications. It slides on the iPad screen with very little fiction. The trick is to get the substrate just the right size, not too small so it doesn't work and not too big that it is hard to see where you are writing. I cut the nib on an angle to increase the area and match my hand position.
