new to penturning

I like the corncob with wood idea. You are brave going after the corn cobs, antlers, and shell casings. Keep it up.

I'd say that you're off to a flying start Alan. I like the addition of the wood with the corn cobs too .

I like all of the pens with the exception of the arrow and bullet pens. The arrow pen seems disjointed at the comfort grip and center band and the nib end of the bullet pen looks beat up.

Again the rest of the pens are first rate!

Thanks for the opions. Is it my computer, or the size of the files too big, because the pens look huge. Does anybody think that the scanner did a good job.

Your pens look pretty nice. I noticed that on the corn cobs that they don't seem to flow into the centerband smoothly. Also on the last one with the rubber grip, if you made the pen match the grip's size where they come together it might look better and also feel better. Just my penny's worth (2 cents is too much)!
