Really nice pens and the segmented ones really stand out. The first one on the left takes top prize. I know what I am going to do with one of tha African Blackwood blanks I have...

Nice pens, Stephen - especially like the segmented ones. Do you use HSS wood chisels to turn the aluminium??

Thanks Everyone for the comments. To Stewart's question - Yes, I use HSS chisels. I purchased a set of 8 chisels by Record (UK) about 12 years ago mainly for spindles, bowls Etc. They serve me very well for pens now.

great pens and finish you got there......

I think the Guan Yim Teck blank really came out well....... if you need more of those do let me know.......
