I just finished this one today in the shop. I got the ok to work in the shop yesterday. I have been three weeks away from the shop and missed it badly.

Tried a new pen call Squire based on the Majestic series. This is a ballpoint twist. Both fittings are pressed fit into the tube. Very solid design great finish.

Talking to Ed it should be out the end of thie month or the mid-May time point.

Thanks for looking

Alan

It's about the same size. It uses a 3/8" bit. The transmission is so far the best I have used. Unlike the Sierra both trim pieces must be pressed into the tubes.

The top cap is what twists. The tranny screws into clip section. I will post some picture of the components later this evening.

Yet one more knock off of the Dayacom Elegant beauty, Looks longer like a cross bred Sierra and Elegant Beauty. I'd like it a lot better with out the Pimp stone.

Nice looking pen and kit, wondering... do the bushings allow for a lot of material on the tube (more than a vista or sierra) or is it thin at the ends? thinking it might be a good kit for casting items in pr.

You've done a nice job on that. Thanks for sharing.

I saw this in the latest catalog and I'm looking forward to giving it a try once they're available to the general public :). I'm not really much of a fan of the Majestic, but I think the elements work well on this pen.

*Hmmm, I feel a song parody coming on here:*

Pimpstones, meet the Pimpstones,

We are knock off kits from P-S-I,

Born of des-per-ation,

losing market share to other guys.

Mix a Chur-chill with our centerbands,

Call it something artsy sounding, then ...

Pimpstone, add a Pimpstone,

To the clip and have ghey turn

you'll have a ghey turn

you'll have a ghey old turn ....
