This is my first post here. I hope it comes out right.
Last night I made a photo tent and this the the result. This are some pens I had made a while back. Comments/critiques are more than welcome

The finish on this one was not glossy

So what is the blank that's the green swirly looking pen, in the same picture as the blue crackly looking one, third picture down from the top? That's a beautiful pen.

All of them look nice- you do good work on the glue-ups.

That's Malachite Tru Stone, Angela,

Nice work, your fit looks excellent and the photos are very nice.

Nice photography, the shiny surface under the first few and last couple can be a little distracting. Minimal shadowing. Nice job on the lighting. watch the reflections, maybe close the tent on all sides. I use a piece of sheet to close the front of my tent with a hole for the lense to go through to minimize reflections. Nice focus too. Over all, very nice. I just kept taking shots at different setting until I get just what I want.

Here it is the tent (don't laugh) it isn't pretty but it does the job. When I'm done I can fold it and put it aside.
Also I just took a picture of the Green pen under the new lighting.

Thanks Big Rob I give you a good deal on it [)][)][)]
Bill The lights I use are from Lowes. Sylvania Craft light Full spectrum 23W is the equivalent to 100w. The color temp on it is 5000. I tried the lower 13w both 3000 and 3500 color temp and I had to full arround a lot more with the white balance they were too cold looking. 5600 is the rquivalent to day light I know you can find this ones as well. All 4 are the same.
Regards,
Alex
