Great looking pen. Try to keep the section (aluminum) angle the same as the refill angle.

Nice looking pen ? What is the purpose of the brass insert ? . purely decorative ?

The brass insert was a "design change opportunity". My pen tip stuck out too far and I had to make the section a little longer to make it usable!

Blank looks great, really like the shape of the nib. You will like working with stainless. Just remember that stainless expands a fair bit when hot So when you are close to the right size let it cool for a few minutes and check again.
