Wow, I really like the Guardian. I am a relative newbie to this site as well.

On the antler pens (of which I have only made a couple so I'm definately a newbie there), how practical are they with such a large chunk of the antler left on the pen? Looks interesting, but I'm not sure I'd want to write with it. What has been your experience?

I know zero about knives, but they look awesome to me. Congrats.

Great question thank you. Actually, I have made three pens/sets with the large antler or handle section and all sold well. One was to someone with very big hands and the other two to people with severe arthritus who have a problem holding narrow items for any period of time. Lonnie

Cool. Never thought about how a person with arthritus would benefit from having a large diameter pen. Thanks for educating me, Lonnie !
