It's a Black Ti/ Platinum cigar from Exotic Blanks, they have it listed as a special version.

It is a new plating combination that is conducive to those who want an "upmarket" choice.

Tim took it to a higher level, by replacing the top screw in piece with his own turned wood---beautiful!!! (But no special parts to make this easier) ;>) Ed

That is an awesome modification to a cigar (and I those are my favorite plating combinations.)

Great job... That's the first I've seen of a mod like that one on a cigar!
