I hope Marla (Cricket) chimes in, but paper casting with acrylic as best I know, Something like the stamp pen process. I placed it in my gallery yesterday in Oakville, it has a lot of attention so far, yes made for a lady with a taste for this ornate style.

It is chiyogami paper cast in clear polyester resin.
