How in the world do you get that kind of shine from a CA finish? That shine is beautiful!

no... seriously...

2 coats of CA. Sand with 400, use the complete series of Micro Mesh (up to 12000) then polish with 3M foam pad polishing glaze for dark colors. This can be found at most automotive refinish supply dealers. It's kind of spendy but it works better than corian polish, in my opinion.
