My Weekend

These are some pens i made this weekend. First is a cocobolo with ca finish 5 coats of thin, on a chrome slimline.(im trying to get rid of them). Second is a freebie blank from woodpenpro the guy threw in my box. It turns nice but melts easy when turning. polished to 12k then plastic polish. 3rd is one i just did 20 min ago, it is a pink ivory blank i got gilmers down in portland. It turned really good, and i got to practice my skewing. 5 coats thin ca then mm12k then plastic polish. I got some video of me turning the pivory pen so maybe i cant make a vid. =) hope you enjoy. please comment, tips are always helpful!

They all look really nice, and I have to say, you really nailed that rollerball with the pink ivory. That isn't that easy a pen to do.

last pink I vory I tried cracked when I put tried putting it together. My wife liked it alot and now that I am reminded of it, I must try again..
