I'm still at the simple segmenting stage, and also learning to adapt when things don't go perfectly. Therefore, wellsw will notice that this cigar is a touch shorter then usual... 
I like olive wood a lot, both the smell, the look, and that it reminds me of where I grew up. On a visit to israel, I stopped in a Druze village called Isfiya, and at the local woodworking shop, went thru the olive wood that had recently been cut and picked out some nice ones. The pen I made is from one of these, together with a bit of snakewood.
