My PITH from Bucurestean

Here is the pith pen I received from Bucurestean yesterday. Awesome pen with a great acrylic blank on it.

I also received two awesome wood blanks. Not sure of the type of wood.

I'll let one of the longtimers explain it better, but it's a pen/blank swap dealie. I missed the notification, or I would have done it this year.

Every year in the fall the IAP holds a pen swap between members. Its called the "The Pen in the Hat" or "PITH". In September members volunteer to participate and are pair with another member. The pairs then create a pen and swap with each other.

Its these pens you are seeing refereed to as PITH pens. This one was the one Bucurestean made and sent me. I have pictures of the one I sent him in another thread on the board.
