Here is a Gold Cigar dressed in a acrylic blank called Candy Apple I got from Woodturningz. I really love the colors in the blank but I'm not happy with the problem I had. There must have been and air bubble in the blank I didn't notice until I had the blank sanded and polished. I filled it with CA and sanded and polished it again but I could tell were the hole was so I turned it out. I'm also not very happy with how the lower blank looked at the nib end. It looks like there are small air bubbles in the blank. Iet Woodturningz know about the problem and hopefully they will replace it I could never sell or even give this one away. But I thought I would post it anyway. The first picture is the blank with the hole still in it.
