It is a PSI Sculpted. You have to turn a tenon so the center band will go on, then the fit of the finial and nib are always loose, so loose that you have to use some sort of adhesive to hold them on. If you use just a little too much adhesive on the nib it gets inside and fouls the clearance for the refill. I have made a bunch of them, one thing or the other is not too bad to deal with, but when you have all of the problems in one kit it makes them less desirable to deal with, IMHO.
