My latest work

[Band Saw Box]

I've been able to get some time on my lathe over the last few days. Here is the pens I've made. The first 4 are all Corian and all but the slimline were laminated. The last is a Woodcraft Kojent dressed is a blue blank from a set call rainbow I got from Exotic Blanks. All blanks were sanded to 12000 mm and polished with hut plastic polish. All C & C are welcome

Thanks Dan. It looks very like the Atrax, and I see it comes in BP, RB and FP.

Would you by any chance have an extra kit that you could measure the tube lengths and O.D.s for me, please ? ... so I can compare with Atrax size.

I'd like to buy some of those Kojents but they are kind of expensive ... especially for us Canadians with a weak dollar ... we have to pay 27% extra.

The Kojent is a really classy kit, IMO.

I'm glad to see that your finally taking some time to turn some pen. You know you can't take the "work" thing to seriously... all the pen look great so you haven't lost your touch..

Thanks so much for all the great comment's.. John I'm still enjoying my job....but some people who come into the tool department really scar me...I had one tge other night looking for "something to cut the slot for a hinge in a door so I don't have to use a chisel" I showed him the jig we carried and let him know it even had a router bit. "So I need a router....and which of these tools is a router?" I showed him and asked if he had ever used one. "No but I'll figure it out as I go" My thoughts were
