Sorry about the photography. What was not easy is that after ruining
a set of blanks I had to come up with a different way to turn them, because I had sold 5 pens. I did not use a tool to finish them , but after making them semi round on my 1" belt sander They were turned with 80 grit sand paper super glued to a 1.5 in x 6" board that I used as a tool to get them close to fit. Then with micro mesh up to 12000 to finish. I hope this helps.

Don't know your background, so PLEASE don't take offense: Acrylic is NOT the easiest place to start penturning!!!!!

After you are comfortable with some tool (gouge, skew, scraper, anything including sharpened wood chisel!), THEN tackle plastics-VERY LIGHT CUTS!!!

But, taking an order for 5 pens you have never turned before is a man after my own heart-CONFIDENCE that you CAN FIND A WAY-and you DID!~!!!

I think Arizona Silhouette and Crafts USA have those blanks as well as others.
