My First Sale

Thanks to the LOML, I sold my first two pens. A gal at her work is ordering a pen for her father and mother. She had her heart set on Walnut Burl. I have never worked with it, so of course I said "No Problem".

This was the result of an hour behind the lathe. Only my third attempt at CA. I am really begining to love this finish.

well done and simply amazing for a 3rd CA finish!
looks great. sharpen your tools, if you get em razor sharp burls will be nearly indistinguishable from plain ol wood
