These are not the first pens I've done, but these are some of my favorites in no specific order

I know the photography isn't great but I'll build a light box eventually.

Good looking pens, Jonathon. The first one is my favorite. It has a leather & wood look that just looks comfortable like a good cup of coffee. [;)]

I got the dyes at Michael's which is a craft store here. You can also find them at JoAnn's Fabric, and probably Hobby Lobby. You can also get them online. I got a pack with 8 different colors and they come in little squeeze bottles. I got the idea from an article in Woodturning Design.
