Just thought I would try getting up a pic of my first pens.
Most of the time I turn bowls but I wanted to do something that was different for me. In the top we have from left to right---slimlines Kentucky Coffeewood--Osage orange---and the rest are Cedar
The three Cigars are top to bottom----Cedar burl---Russian Olive burl and Mesquite (thanks to my new freind BB for the last two blanks--I just love free stuff.)

Wow Gary---You've been busy---look pretty nice----hey, if you get a chance I'd like to see that cigar pen with cedar burl closer---maybe you could do a pic of just it.

Thanks for all the kind words. I still ain't made one that is perfect yet but I am getting closer.I did pick up a lot of pointers from you folks and looking at your fine pens just makes it more of a challange.

Great looking pens Gary. You have been busy. Did You like turning the Coffee wood into a pen? I made a slimline from a piece of coffee wood you gave me but The wood is so stringy I had trouble with tear out. Keep up the good work Tom
