And that is a good word of advice. I just in the last few years (during a divorce)had to throw out my first woodworking project from High School Shop, and I am 48 years old. I plan to keep it and my second try which did not come close to that degree of success. It is an El Grande, and after I watched it wobble and turning it lopsided, I discovered that I should have had an 8MM Mandrel instead of a 7mm. So, Now I have a El Grande Fountain Pen in absolutly georgous curly maple that is wop sided to use at work. [:D] By the way, I now alos have an 8MM mandrel too.

Nice cigar Neil, but please be careful with the 'wop' thing, there's a few Italians on site that may be offended[)][;)]
