I was talking to some friends at work about favorite childhood toys, I mentioned Lincoln Logs and a few days later...I found a good use for my kids old Logs that they haven't played with in years. Sorry for the crappy picture, I had to scan it; I couldn't get a good picture with my camera.

They're definately just for memories. The wood is very plain and very boring; that's why I only used a wax finish, I figured that there was no sense in trying to polish a turd.

Cool idea. Those and tonka trucks (the metal ones) were my favorite toys as a kid. Well refrigerator boxes were at the very top of the list. Can you say "poor"?
