Well - I made it through my first honeycomb blank. Talk about delicate! Great lesson in patience and soft touch (and more patience!). Did I mention soft touch?

It is a really nice looking blank though. IMHO.

Glorious Colours in the Honey Comb Blank.
A Minor point is what appears to be distortion or size difference of the Cells.
Is that because of the Changing Diameters of the Turned Blank, or was the Cell Frame not Uniform when it was applied?
Or is it that the Upper Blank, and the Lower Blank, are not properly aligned?
Excellent Finish, and Fit.

Yes, when I moved the pen (for the 2nd pic) the bottom and top came out of alignment.

Good eye!
