My First Fountain Pen!

I'm amazed I haven't done them before! This is a rather low end kit -- the european fp, but I really wanted to make a fountain so I went for it! I love the way it writes, the way it feels, everything. I have never owned a fountain pen before this one and I can't wait to make my next one! Comments and critiques are very much welcome (preferable the latter). Photography isn't that great.. I have yet to set up a booth:neutral:

You have a great looking FP there, Michael. BAck when God was still making dirt, I had an FP. Bic put me into a ballpoint and I got stuck until I made a pair for my Bride and myself for Christmas. WOW! The difference is amazing!
Your first FP is a knock out, keep up the good work. Your fit and finish is spot on.
