I was showing a friend at work some pens I had previously made and a lady in her office saw them and was intrigued. Long story short she wanted a nice pen and this one is it. Le Roi V2 Chrome/Black Chrome with a Blooming Lilac blank, blank inside painted with Delta Black Pearl. Crappy iPhone pics mostly for posterity, any comments welcome

Thanks everyone. I had turned the other half of this blank as a Sierra for a coworker who had made it off the last project we were on together. I wasnt sure how the blank would turn out because the shavings came off a light purple and light green. I was pleasantly surprised that it shined up to those colors, it's probably my favorite blank so far. I wanted to try paint the inside silver to lighten it up some, but had sold it as the darker color and didnt want to chance it on the pen turning up vastly different. I have another blank that I will turn as a rollerball or fountain to see what it looks like.
