My first Brooks! My new favorite pen. For now...

So this is my first brooks blank. I really like the look of it. I love how he gets the depth and the parts of the blank that have more solid color and parts that have less. I was wondering what pen kit to do it on, because 3/4 is too small for a roman harvest. Then i thought to myself. What is Jonathan's favorite pen kit to show off blanks? The ZEN! So i did it on a zen, i reverse painted it 3 coats of orange. I cannot be more pleased with this pen!!!

Interesting color for reverse painting? Would have never thought of using orange.

Boy that Brooks cranks out some nice blanks. You did a great job on the pen. I really like those long wood type pens.
