It's definitely a lot different experience than with a mandrel, but I'm sure slow and steady will garner me better results. I was happy with the pen body but a bit off on the cap sizes.

All in all I think I like the control of turning between the centers. I just couldn't get "Elvis" and "TCB" out of my head the entire time, so I made this too.

The pen is a classic rollerball (also my first) in Bog Oak which was yet another first.

Comments and critiques are always welcome.

TBC is definitely the way to go.....mandrels are too expensive for the quality they give(or lack).

The pen looks really good from this chair. Mic the hardware and match the sizes isn't all that hard.
