Acrylic was tougher than I thought. I think I'm getting better with the tenon part of the pen. The bottom pen is made from walnut and is my very first pen. The top pen is made from zebrawood. The middle pen is made from orange sorbet acrylic. I've only made three pens and I'm already hooked! Love making pens even though I've only made three!:

Don't forget to sand lengthwise after each grit, them acrylics show off all the scratches in the finish. PlastixPolish will help some too!
