My first 3 pens

Since I just posted my 4th pen I thought I might as well post the first 3.

Left to right.
PSI Slimline in Gold with who knows what blank. Pen #1
PSI Slimline in Chrome with I have no idea what wood. This was made for my room-mate with arthritis and needed a large grip. Pen #2
Rockler soft grip with spalted hackberry. Pen #3

Any hints or advice welcome.

PS. I know the finish is not great. When I made the first 2 I had no CA or MicroMesh

Thanks Scott and Len. I got a warm fuzzy feeling now :biggrin:

Last time I used a lathe was in school ... 40 years ago, and then all I made was a crappy lamp base that was so bad.
