This is a $1 snakewood blank from gilmer's and it was cracked slightly(hairline), but that was no problem for thin ca. Put it on gold/gun metal sierra. Plus it was bone dry so when i let it set it didnt move at all. Ca finish. 10 coats thin,wet mm, hut plastic polish

Beautiful tolerances. Good job. I have never worked with snakewood but understand it chips or explodes easily.
