My Carbon Fiber Casting

Did my own PR casting using the carbon fiber sleeve. I've had a gallon of Silmar 41 on the shelf for about a year; I really thought it had surpassed its shelf life, but went ahead and used it. Degassed the PR with a vacuum chamber prior to pouring. No pressure pot used. Also created my own mold using mold putty I bought from Hobby Lobby. 24 hour cure and pleasantly surprised to find no visible bubbles.

That pen is really nicely turned. Looks straight as an arrow and cut exactly to the hardware. Very nice job on it.
