Here is a fun pen that sold as soon as I put it on display. I got the idea from watching Dave Sifers at the Provo Pen Race during the Penturners Rendezvous last spring. A lot of fun and a great way to make not very exciting wood into something special!

Ok mike , how long did it take to dye the blank?

Almost 3 minutes! [] The process is easy using color dye pens and the results are dramatic! I highly reccommend using a CA finish on these!

I take it that the blank was dyed after it was rough turned then finished ??
