This is one I made recently with Ebony, Purpleheart, Paduk, and Maple Burl. The inlay is aluminum roof flashing and I paired it with an Ultra Cigar Kit. I usually do a better job with pics, but since I moved a month or so ago, I can't find a damn thing, including my photo tent and lights.:frown: Oh well.:biggrin:
Let me know what your thoughts/comments/critique is.

I like it. My only suggestion would be to separate the paduak and purpleheart with a contrasting wood as the colors appear similar in the photo... May just be the photo though.

You did great on putting this pen together, however for me personally it seems pretty busy. That is just my opinion. The inlay looks good as well as the segment work, just seems a little too much to me. I think if you had done the top and bottom with purpleheart, ebony, maple burl it would have really looked sharp. But like I said the pen looks well put together so don't let my comments take away from the quality of your work.
