You ever go to a certain website and look at all those beautiful resin pen blanks and wish you could just buy them all? I think I've done that a few times with the rolling of my wife's eyes.

As a result of my many trips to see the princess' beautiful resins, I had some extra pieces I decided to make into a mosaic. I think a good selection is respresented here.

Good job on this one. I like how you cut and pieced this all together. It turned out really nice, and for sure makes me think of mosaic patterns.

SUPER SWEET!!!
I really like that idea....
This forum continues to amaze me - endless amounts of creativity and talent everywhere.
GOOD JOB!
? Question?
Was it difficult to cut the curved pieces and have them glue up so perfectly? Is there a trick or method you used for this?

Thanks! A blank like this was done on my bandsaw. There was an opposite pattern to this one, but it succombed to my aggressive turning style. I can't take credit for the cuts, there was a tutorial on another site for making something similar to this. I just adapted it.

You have a great eye for art. I have tried gluing up scraps and it always looks like crap. Yours on the other hand looks perfectly designed and the colors go well together. Nice job.

Wow!! That is exceptional work!! The fact that you pulled it off is what amazes me, by using all scraps, and then throwing in the wavy lines! Bad A$$
