Not the most interesting piece of timber, but it's okay.

Desert Ironwood:


I think this is the darkest piece of this timber I've ever come across(if I could only remember wher eit came from?), certainly not like the stuff BSea has(I'm waiting on a drill bit to put that stuff on a better kit)!!

Eastern Red Cedar:


I don't think I could get tired of this stuff!

Scott even though they look good, the wood pens scream segmenting loudly. I would have added some black rings and or white rings on the red. Make those blanks jump out at you.

I love the cedar. That wood is so underrated. The last one isn't bad either.
