I got ambitious and finished a couple pens today. Don't expect too much, as they are pens 6 and 7, but I am reasonably happy.

The orange osage cracked about 1/8" on the nib end, so I filled that with CA, but the Koa turned out well. Now I wish I had put the knobby side on the clip end, but I turned it planning on assembly this way, so it would not have matched the nib and finial if I swapped them.

Anyway, feedback is appreciated.

The orange is an anelli pen from woodnwhimsies done with a CA finish, and the koa is a polaris from them with a BLO finish.

I thought the same thing on the polaris too, almost a pink, at least in the picture. I think you are doing quite well for pens 6 & 7. I lilke the shape you did on the polaris as well.

Maybe it is pink ivory. It was unlabeled in a box. I had a piece of Koa (labeled) that looked the same, but I never was very good with colors.
