Interesting design. I have quite a bit of corian but it is all too small for much more than a slimline of comfort pen. I like working with it and I also like the looks of a completed pen from it.

mike , corian glues up nicely, i use med ca, glue shiny sides together,

Kept 'popping' all the corian I've ever spun up....guess you might be inspiring me to try again. That segment go through to the other side like that?

yep goes through, i tacked 2 blanks together w/ thin and bandsawed out the middle, split the 2 parts and glued contrast piece into the darker blank
sorta fun to play with easy to turn and other than sand down, little finish effort..
