After seeing my blue corn cob cigar a guy at work wanted one for his wife. He picked the copper cigar with a purple corn cob. He has seen pics of it but he'll get it tomorrow when I see him at work.:)

thats very different! Its too bad the dye didnt go all the way to the core, I wonder if once you get them turned down if you can saturate it again with more dye?! then stabilize it with CA. Either way, nice go at it!

Very Nice pen!

To make the colors really pop, put liquid dye on the pen after sanding and before applying a finish. WEAR LATEX GLOVES! DAMHIKT!

Great looking pen! I'll be turning my first soon, as a customer bought a cob blank and sent it to me to turn. I guess I should read up on it, eh?
