As I said, I couldn't wait to try a second one. This one is also moose antler shed, but closed on both ends. The hardware is a Black Ti Jr. Gent.

love the "rustic" look..it would go over well in my market, but we are losing our moose and hunting is not very viable

That's a WINNER!! Slight re-phrasing of the question: Is the antler base heavy enough to keep the pen upright, or is it "tipsy"?? (Or did you bury lead in the base??)

Though I am actually a hunter myself. all my moose antler comes from sheds that moose drop naturally each winter after the mating season ends. No moose were dispatched to get these antlers. We usually find between 20 and 30+ sheds each spring (in many hours of shed hunting). The ones that are not near perfect hit the band saw for pen and stopper blanks.
