I have been remiss about not posting photos of the pens I made from Bruce's (Bruce119) shredded money blanks. These are great blanks to work with. Shown are Jr Gents in Copper and a Panache.

mighty fancy there. I like the copper color. Have you noticed any issues with that plating?

I gave a copper plated slim to a friend to see how well the plating would hold up. He used it on a daily basis and within one month the plating looked like crap. It was tarnished badly and the plating was worn away. I dont know if the plating on that slim kit is any different than it would be on a higher end pen kit. The copper does make a stunning pen but I had ordered a dozen of the copper kits and I threw them in the trash.

I love the copper, I did mine in copper also. I wish more of the pens came in copper, at least the ones at my local Woodcraft.
