This is my first shredded money blank I have used. I choose the euro letter opener because it is such a superb design and real classy look to it.

I bought the blanks from Bruce here on the forums. he does some fantastic casting.

1:2 macro shot.

1:12 macro shot.

I used white paint and for some reason it is not a solid white but has speckles in it which is better I think.

I am not a fan of euro kits with the exception of the CSU rhodium. Same with the americana kit. The all rhodium plating and the centerband design are really nice, and your money blank is perfect with it. Nice macro work. What kind of camera setup are you using?

have a digital rebel, 300D (original digital rebel) with a 50mm 1:1 macro lens by sigma, I used a 500 w/s monolight inside a light tent with a 200watt bulb on the opposite side of the monolight. power was somewhere between 1/4 and 1/2 but closer to 1/2.
