Blank split just as I was about to switch to sanding mode, but the old paintings all have some cracks in the paint too, so it'll do for a demo until I get a chance to make another. Was at least able to pick up the pieces and patch it to round.

Close - used to glue the pictures, now I just print them on label stock, peel and stick - less CA on the fingers and it makes a cleaner seam. Then its just a clear cast and a turn away. Process still need a few tweaks, but I usually get it in 1 or 2 tries.

Nice work, Saw something today that got me thinking about this... Do you think it would be possible to somehow setup a blank with acrylic and a screw on cap so that the buyer could put their own picture or image in there? Saw an add for something like that today and it got me thinking. Nice pen again by the way.
