just been messing about this week modifying a slimline. Wood blank turned from some very plain mahogany, painted blank, then added Jo Sonja textured paint followed by iridescent blue, to make this into a smooth blank I covered the whole thing in epoxy glue. Carefully turned this all back to reveal pattern and finished with CA and polished. Came out better than I thought, comments welcome
