Hey yall
Just finished in the shop . just tring something. Hope yall like. The kit is a slimline middle section is from a mini bullet kit and the top is a polaris. Wood is chakte.
What yall think??

In the middle bit, does the top go over the bottom, or is it flush like a normal twist slimline? I might be a bit worried about the edge between the two, getting dinged. Is it too late to add a bit of dark cocobolo as a false CB? ( but still leave it proud )

But if you are like me, nothing really matters as long as you are enjoying yourself[]

the top goes like a normal slimline wher it buts up against the bottom. I am concernined about it getting dinged up.

Interesting concept, but it seems too tapered. I guess that's chakte viga, as it doesn't look like chakte kok. It's an interesting idea. I like to do chakte viga cross-cut, if you can find the right grain type.
