Might be a home-cast blank.

I have no clue exactly what this blank was, I strongly suspect a home cast Alumilite or PR using oil based paint for color. It came in the box of stuff Reddwil gave me to work with. That being said, it looks AWESOME. It's the second Pens For Hope pen today, I may do a third. I think the kit worked out PERFECT on it. Kinda have a hard time giving it away, which for me means it's good to give away.

That's nice Drstrangefart! The satin components go rather well with it.

Alan that's a cast I made for a graduation pen, It was a blue pearl ex and green mica that didn't separate like was expecting. I made several in hopes of getting a couple good ones, end up they all actually looked pretty good. Nice Job

Thanks! That blank looked so rough on the outside I HAD to see what was inside it. Definitely happy to turn it for you!
