mickey Mouse inspired pens

Love the mosaic pins! Do you drill and insert them before drilling the blank, or after?

I start out by making sure the blank is perfectly square. I then drill the holes for the mosaics. I don't glue the mosaics in until after I drill the blank and glue in the brass tube. I then glue in the mosaics and finally turn the blanks. It is fun to see the mosaics "come to life" as you turn. Thanks for asking, Evan
